Thank you for shopping with Naqees! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit as you hoped. In such cases, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 7 days of purchase. All original tags and packaging must be included with the return. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at return@naqees.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Note

You have to bare the return shipping charges.

  

Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or color, and we're happy to help you with exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at exchange@naqees.com with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the size/color you would like to receive. the customer can send the package back via any courier company. Upon receipt and inspection , we will dispatch the replacement item to you within 7 to 10 working days.

Please Note: That we only accept exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags and packaging must be included with the exchange. You have to bare shipping charges. If the item you would like to exchange is out of stock, we will issue you a refund. Old articled can't be exchanged with the new collection.

Note:

No exchanges or refunds will be issued for items that have been purchased during a sale event. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency in our sales and return processes.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at naqeesofficial@gmail.com with photos of the item and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
